Spectra Premium Industries ambassador Jean-François Dumoulin, will represent the company this weekend's season-opening race of the 2018 NASCAR Pinty's season, on the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Bowmanville, Ontario) road course. The team tested the car at the May 10 NASCAR Pinty's test day, where the excellent results of the #04 Spectra Premium | Bernier Crépeau Chrysler Fiat | Groupe Bellemare | MIA team convinced everyone that their hard work of the past winter will translate into strong finishes over the season.
"I can't wait for the season to start in earnest. My objective is to get the most out of the car and push hard enough to get to the lead pack and win some races. Unlike every other forms of racing I have participated in, I am still winless in Pinty's racing. Spectra Premium High-performance radiator
The Spectra Premium driver will count on a high-performance radiator from the Canadian manufacturer over the 51 laps of the "Clarington 200". This will be his second year of using this state-of-the-art product developed by Spectra Premium engineers and high-performance specialists from Dumoulin Compétition. Hinting to more exciting developments, Jean-Francois added that "The Dumoulin Compétition team worked hard over the winter, always with the support of Spectra Premium knowledge and resources, on this radiator and on several exciting race-related projects and others of a more commercial nature. Racing brothers Jean-François and Louis-Philippe Dumoulin launched the "Dumoulin Corner" at the Musée Gilles-Villeneuve on May 8th. The new feature is a great addition to the exciting development plans for the Museum. The addition will allow visitors to enjoy a mix of items from the beginning of the brothers' careers to today. Right from the beginning, Dumoulin Competition has been turning their motto, "Passion, Performance, Partnerships" into reality.
