For Jean-François Dumoulin, the mythical circuit of the Trois-Rivieres Grand Prix is THE event of the year. At the wheel of the #04 Spectra Premium / Bernier Crépeau / Groupe Bellemare / MIA car, for the 23rd consecutive year, the Trois-Rivieres native is as excited as ever to start the main event of this upcoming weekend, on Sunday, August 13 at 2:18 PM.

"We are eager to be on the track in Trois-Rivieres. Since the beginning of the season, the road circuit car is performing well and we have had interesting results [Canadian Tire Motorsport Park & Toronto]. The #04 Spectra Premium / Bernier Crépeau / Groupe Bellemare / MIA team is confident for the event in Trois-Rivieres. Competition will be tough and we're here to perform," shares Jean-Francois Dumoulin.

From Formula Atlantic to NASCAR

Throughout the series and tracks raced on by the Dumoulin brothers across North America, the Trois-Rivieres Grand Prix is the event tied to the most memories. First laps, early learnings and successes, this circuit witnessed the evolution of the Dumoulins' passion. Jean-François Dumoulin is a renowned racer, both on the track and in his work as a racing instructor.

"Racing in the streets of Trois-Rivieres is a homecoming. Throughout the years, I've had the opportunity to participate in the event in Formula Ford and in Formula Atlantic, which were very competitive series, much like American Le Mans, Grand-Am. I'm proud to be a part of the NASCAR Pinty's series and to represent Spectra Premium, as well as all partners coming from, among others, the Mauricie region and who have been by our side for 23 years.   • The first Quebec-born driver to win twice the Rolex 24 in Daytona; 2004 (SGS and 2007 (GT).
